Looking for some help here. I have had an issue sending group text messages since January. @ATT and @Apple are playing ping pong with me and don’t seem to want to help. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you get it fixed.

@ATT I am so unhappy with my AT&T DIRECTV right now… My bill went up $85 this month. I called this afternoon and the customer service agent could not help & told me to call back. Then… I turn on my TV and I’ve lost several channels! I was better off not calling this afternoon.$

Thanks for putting my job at risk by changing my move order from today to the 3rd. I spent 3 hours with various AT&T support groups with no resolution. It was literally easier to cancel my @ATT service and switch to @GetSpectrum with a confirmed installation tomorrow.

Yooo totally not my @ATT internet to go out for absolutely no reason when I was about to stream. Totally not mine at all. I pay for HIGH QUALITY FAST internet. I would never have any issues with this network.

After being with @Xfinity since 2014, I am being forced to move to @ATT. After my 2 y contract with Xfinity my bill increase $50 for the same service. I called and asked about reducing my price bcs I don't watch TV, only news. 1/
