  Just had THEE absolute worst customer service call with @WOWCare. The rep was ridiculously bad at his job, the worst I’ve ever seen, somehow no supervisor in the entire company is available to talk, and I’m expected to wait 5 days before someone can come to fix my internet. #wow

  @WingsFan_ @Migilini @WOWCare Yeah I have Wow because Comcast aggravated me when I was moving. An ordeal over equipment I didn’t ever have. The price was right for WOW & the service has been fine but now that my two year deal has been up and the price has crept I might as well get the channels I really want.
